Location is a little steep getting into but the views & the cabin made up for it. Extremely clean. Our group included my 81 yr old mother, my husband & our 3 teenagers, the oldest of which is handicapped. To see her face light up makes all of us happy….and it did light up! Thank you so much & we will be back to this cabin. Happy New Year!
korie s - 11/26/2023Beautiful Mountain Views! We had a wonderful time at the cabin. Kitchen was nicely stocked with anything we may need to prepare and cook a meal. Beds were comfortable, pool table, hot tub and arcade were a nice treat. The only complaint we had was the driveway is a little steep and slippery when wet and if you have a large vehicle like ours, kind of difficult to get backed up to go down the drive. Other than that, everything including communication with the property manager was fabulous! Thank you for a beautiful place to make memories with my family!

I felt the grout in the shower could use a nice scrub, but besides that, the cabin was clean, in a great location, and beautiful view. We had a fire alarm issue and they were easy to get ahold of and sent someone right out to get it fixed for us. The outdoor area was great for kids to be able to run around without being cooped up inside. A nice fire pit area for smores and enjoying the evening. We would definitely visit again!
Jillian H. - 07/08/2023I can’t say enough good things about this cabin. I’ll start with this was our first family trip to the mountains since 2018 and our very first trip as a newly blended family. From the moment we pulled up and entered the cabin we were impressed, everything matched the pictures, was completely clean and the view was spectacular! We loved the fact that it was private and set apart from the other houses in the area. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out or hang out together. Playing card games around the table or sitting on the deck talking while drinking coffee was a favorite among the adults, while making s’mores at the fire pit or getting in the hot tub was a favorite for the kids. We loved the proximity of the cabin to stores & activities. The property manager was easy to communicate with and responded quickly, the whole process was made easy for us. We look forward to renting this cabin again in the future.

They thought of all the little details (even power strips by the beds for phones etc). Plenty to do (hot tub, pool table, arcade games, lots of tvs). Robin G. - 12/20/2022Rented this cabin for our family Christmas vacation. Cabin was very nice, comfortable beds and a very nice kitchen area. The weather was unseasonably cold and we had a few times of no power or water, which was everywhere. It didn’t last long but the nice thing was how our host kept us updated on the weather and when we had a question they always got back with us immediately. Even on Christmas Eve. Would highly recommend using this group again for no other reason than how responsive they were.

The check in process went very smooth and communication with property management was much appreciated. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the front deck with our morning coffee. The kitchen is large and well equipped. We had everything we needed to prepare/cook a very nice meal the first night we were there (we even used the grill). All bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. The driveway is steep, but we didn't have any trouble with it, and the privacy you get is well worth it (property is at the end of a road, so no traffic)! The outdoor spaces where very nice. We were close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for outings. Suggestions for the owners (if I had to come up with something) would be updating the bedroom pillows, and updating the outdoor furniture on the front deck. We would most definitely stay here again and 100% recommend! We loved it!

brie h - 08/05/2022Perfect family getaway. As others have noted, the driveway was very steep, but the pavement is in great condition. Even with a little rain, we had no problem getting up the hill. And, it's worth it for the view! Location was great- close to national park, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Cabin was great- very clean. Has everything you need (and more!). The views from the deck were amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed campfires in the evening. We had a great stay and would stay at the cabin again if in the area.

The heart of Pigeon Forge is less than 10 minutes away from this cabin. If you want the experience of living in the woods with all of the modern amenities, this is the cabin for you!

Previous years we stayed further away from Pigeon Forge but this location was the perfect drive to restaurants and attractions plus close to Gatlinburg. The driveway is very steep but we never had issues (stayed the end of February-no snow). The fire pit was was great and the deck has great views as well! Plenty of space for 7 of us.

The location is private, but close enough to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Cades Cove. The DirecTV worked great, and there is internet, but I’m not sure you’d want to take a video call, or attempt to stream Netflix. Our cell phones had fine signal, so it was a non-issue for us. The host was super responsive to our texts and even sent out weather alerts when a storm was approaching. The driveway is steep but our suburban made it up and down in 2wd on dry pavement. I’d recommend 4wd if any snow is forecast.

All the windows were so clean which gave you the perfect view from all rooms! The kitchen was fully stocked and had almost every appliance you could think of. No reason to bring anything of your own! Management was great from initially renting the cabin to the very end. The fireplace quit working in the middle of our trip and we call the management company and maintenance was out the same day and fixed it. The amenities that the cabin offered from the view to the arcade game and pool table made up for an outdoor hotub missing. Sitting on the deck that wrapped around is a must at anytime, morning to evening. We will definitely be back and will look for this cabin to stay in.

Matthew C - 09/06/2021Overall we were very pleased with the property. Bedrooms are very large and the beds were very comfortable. The views were exactly as pictured in the listing. The home is conveniently located just a short drive to tons of attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The home was overall very clean and well taken care of. I did read about a few minor things in previous reviews that were all still present. Plenty of extra cooking utensils, pots, & pans. We did find a loaded gun clip full of 9mm ammo on top of the armoire in our bedroom so we were a little taken back by that. I am however 6' 1 which is why I could see on top of the armoire so I can see how the cleaning staff possibly missed this. It wasn't really an issue for us as most my family carries as well.

The views were absolutely amazing I probably took a picture of the mountains 3 times a day. We loved the wrap around deck but wish there was a hot tub since there was so much space.

So we brought everything we could think of...just in case. I was surprised to see the cabin so efficiently furnished. Neighbors were far away and you could easily get in and out of pigeon forge and Smoky Mountains National Park. We were even able to use back roads to avoid the parkway traffic in pigeon forge. We enjoyed the pool table; Jacuzzi tub after long hikes in Smoky Mountains; kids loved the arcade table. Kitchen was super spacious. Owners were easily contacted and responded quickly to any questions. Will stay here again for sure!

Cabin was very clean, well appointed and not cluttered, just enough and plenty of space for a family of 4-6 Maple Ridge Vacations put my faith back in VRBO, and decent people, after the horrible experience we had with a bait and switch in Crested Butte.

When we contacted the property owner they were quick to respond and even had a propane tank brought to us door the grill.
