I LOVED this cabin. Lori made sure everything was just right. I have never stayed in a cabin that was so well stocked with dishes, cookware, silverware, etc. she even had a crock pot!!! LOL. I will definitely be booking this again!

House was great. During summer months with leaves on trees view isn’t the best compared to others in region but the house was beyond expectations.

It was very clean on arrival. Would stay here again! Tip: Make sure you have the entry codes before you get out of Sevierville. Cell service gets a little spotty so you will want the codes before you lose coverage since they are texted the day of arrival.

Very safe for kids, we just made sure we were right there with them. The community pool and miniature golf was also fantastic. Lots of room for families to join in a cooling off from afternoon events. The beds were wonderful, and the home was well furnished, a bit warn, but all clean and very usable. I would return in a heartbeat!

We spent a lot of time in Gatlinburg exploring everything they had to offer. A few electrical problems upon arrival but maintenance popped in throughout the day to fix it.

Bridget K. - 12/18/2021Absolutely amazing. This cabin was everything they promised and more. It was beautiful and had almost every item I needed in the kitchen. There were 14 of us (9 adults and 5 kids) and everyone had plenty of room and they said it was the best family vacation they have ever taken. There were a few minor things that needed attention( pool cues needed new tips and the media room was missing a cord) and it was fixed the next morning. She was so easy to work with. A couple of things I wish I had known before was that there is barely any cell reception. Had wifi and could get online and a text would send and receive - eventually but could not make a phone call. (I did not have any problem with this as it kept the kids and grandkids only their phones lol) and thr road is very narrow and winds a lot. You also don't get cell reception at the gate. My son had to drive a few miles away to the the text info for the gate from me. These were not the fault of the owner but maybe if they sent the info a couple of hours before it would help. Otherwise it was perfect.

The pool was big enough for all of us, and it wasn’t deep. This cabin had all the amenities that you need. We only book for 3 nights and wish we would have book longer just because we never got bored. The staff also communicated with us daily just in case we needed anything. Definitely recommend this cabin and will be coming back.

We had 8 adults and 9 children and the kids loved the theater, pool and game room The cabin was well stocked and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. Whenever we contacted the managers about questions , our needs were met quickly. Our 3 adult children and their spouses felt it was the best house we ever rented. We had an awesome time ! One recommendation would be a larger grill to accommodate that many people. Everything was great though !

We were concerned looking at the pictures that the theater room was not big enough as only showed 2 couches but there were 3, perfect size for all of us. We are looking forward to going back!

The pool and hot tub were the highlight for the kids. It truly is a beautiful cabin. My 4 year old wants to come back in April to the same place and have her birthday there. So we will definitely be planning another trip back!!!!

The management was quick to answer any questions we had via text or any issues that came up. Only minor issue was the pool was not heated yet when we checked in on Friday, that was due to maintenance of the pool prior to our arrival. It did finally heat up the following day. Also, the pool has an alarm, totally missed the sign about that. I recommend including the pool alarm issue in the check in form so people know to look for the sign to shut off alarm. We were so excited we never saw the sign about the alarm. But it all worked out! Will book again when we return,

Michelle B. - 10/25/2020We give it FIVE STARS!! We celebrated my husbands 50th Birthday with a weekend getaway. The cabin was clean spacious and with all of the amenities. We started to play pool and one of the sticks were broken. I messaged Baylee the property manager after midnight for her reference and early the next morning, there was another pool stick at the door. Management was very accommodating and can’t wait to go back to this very cabin. Fun was had by all.

Our vacation took place during the COVID pandemic and we had concerns but the house was a perfect retreat for the situation! We traveled with 12 people, everyone was able to spread out and relax comfortably. We occupied many days enjoying the pool and hot tub and the game room was a surprise hit! Who knew we would love playing shuffleboard as much as we did! The indoor pool was a little smaller than we thought but suited our needs well. It was nice not to have to go to the community pool but we did do that as well and it was very nice! A highlight of our trip was meals and games around the large dining room table, I would suggest a few more regular sized chairs so a larger group can all sit around the table together. We had a small maintenance issue on the first night and they were responsive and fixed it very quickly! We are happy the house was so nice and the vacation was relaxing. If looking for a beautiful and fun place to stay this is it.

Kulena Bartley - 05/10/2020My family stayed at the cabin for a Mothers Day getaway. It was great. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were big and clean. The pool was great but was a little smaller than I pictured from the images but the kids stayed in it practically 23 hours out of the day. The kitchen was very equipped with dishes and utensils as we cooked and grilled out during our stay. We used the washer and dryer, worked perfectly. The theater room was also nice. All the games were a nice touch and everything was beautifully decorated. It was a wonderful time and Baylee was helpful and responded to all our needs.

Cheryl K - 04/21/2020Beautifully Appointed Cabin with All the Extras! We escaped to this cabin for a 3-night visit, and couldn't have been happier. The 3-level cabin looked brand new and was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub, game room, and movie room. We utilized all of it! The community even had a little "putt putt" area at the front that we played. We used the kitchen and it was well appointed with all of the cooking tools we needed. The property manager was very responsive whenever we had questions. The only suggestions or problems I had were: 1. I didn't realize there was a pool alarm. I would have loved to receive that information in an email ahead of time. There was a notice by the pool door on the outside, but for people like me who fail to see it, maybe post it right on the door or email it. 2. Would love to have a clock or tv/music option in the pool room. I highly recommend this cabin! It was exactly the getaway we were looking for!

amy r - 10/09/2018We brought our sons, 7 and 11 for a short getaway in Splashin Bear Lodge. The Cabin in Pigeon forge was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! First of all, the cabin was beautifully decorated throughout with very comfortable furnishings. The minute we saw it, we were very impressed......it definitely is not your typical rental cabin (where we've stayed before) - the owners really have given this cabin a true home-away-from-home feel and have thought of everything that you could want or need during a vacation. The cabin was super clean and spacious enough for everyone, yet, it had a great cozy and homey feel. It was exactly what we needed! The cabin is located just a short drive to Pigeon Forge tranquility without sacrificing easy access to the main roads. We especially enjoyed our time sitting outside on the fabulous deck and the large private indoor swimming pool. Our kids loved playing the game machine, the pool table and watching movies in movie room on the huge TV! The cabin is beautiful, I can say that we really loved it. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer! We hadn't even left the cabin when we started making plans to return next year to see the changing of the leaves from this amazing cabin.
