This location was perfect for our extended family of 13 spring break trip! House was spacious and the pool and hot tub were used daily. Great location away from the crowded areas of Gatlinburg and easy access to hiking in the Smoky Mountains. Very easy to communicate with Management via text and they were quick to respond.

Kendall N. - 12/17/2023Surprise Getaway We had a family get together ages <1 to >65. All enjoyed. There is so much to do in the area. The teenagers enjoyed to movie room, the younger kids enjoyed the pool, the older adults and parents enjoyed the view from the decks and eating around the big dining table. We did have a few issues with the washing machine but they were resolved fairly quickly. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

The home setup is perfect and has plenty of space and activities which kept the kids busy. The pool was amazing. Other than loving the home my husband’s wish to see a bear was granted when a momma bear and her 3 cubs showed up later followed by a single male. We loved this home so much and would love to return again and againâ¤ï¸

The location was perfect - convenient to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and also numerous Smokey Mountain hikes. The property was very clean and had all of the amenities. Check in & out was very simple and the property managers were great to work with! We will definitely consider this property for future vacations!

Karaoke for non singing enjoyed it to the hilt! Movie Theater was the bomb ( popcorn) Kitchen had everything we needed I was glad the cabin had a crock pot. We had a unexpected visitor a bear decided to visits us. Glad the doors where lock.ð No one went to sleep from day one to much excited ð (I guess we will sleep on the way home) Definitely we will be back!!!
Jennie M. - 08/05/2022Very clean and accommodating house. Some notes that may help you with booking- it’s About 30 mins from gatlinburg, and over an hour from the rapids, which kinda stinks. Only 20 minutes (or less) from tubing tho! The house is not secluded at all, and one of the streets that gps sometimes takes you, is a very bumpy, scary dirt road to get up. The other direction is a normal winding road tho. If you remember which is which you won’t have a problem. There is no communal bathroom on the main floor, but all bedrooms have their own master bath which is really nice. The house was awesome for our teens/tweens who spent almost all their time leaving us alone and playing Xbox (we brought) in the awesome, and cozy theater room. We couldn’t even hear them down there which was another plus! You may have to bring extra garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels just a heads up. They only stock with the initial round of stuff. We also brought our own spices etc for cooking. The hot tub was emptied and cleaned upon arrival and was so nice to sit and watch the shooting stars from. Management was very patient and kind when I reached out with questions. All in all, a great house for a group of 15!

I personally had an injury prior to the trip and I had to be in a wheelchair, so knowing the floors the bedrooms and bathrooms are on would definitely be helpful but otherwise it was a great stay!

Benjamin W. - 06/22/2022Great stay with kids of all ages. The property was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. We weren't sure what to expect so we brought two instant pots and some other cooking utensils. We were surprised to see that the kitchen had an instant pot, a crock pot, two toasters, a flat top electric griddle, 12 cup coffee pot, and a keurig...these are just some of the items available. It would be nice if they had pictures of all of these items with the pics of the property so we knew ahead of time that these items were available and could have planned a little better. The knives aren't the best but you can make it work. I would suggest bringing your own chefs knife if you plan on cooking/prepping a lot. During our stay we wanted to make sure we had breakfast and dinner at the cabin together as a family and to save money. We only ate out for lunch so we cooked a lot and had a lot of fruits/veggies to prep; we made the knives work. We were also pleasantly surprised to see there was a karaoke machine attached to the home theater. Had lots of fun! Worth a look!!!

Location was great - only about 10 minutes to Pigeon Forge and 20-25 to Gatlinburg or Laurel Falls hike. No issues with parking as we only had 3 vehicles, might be tight with 4 as our neighbors had 5 cars. Plenty of towels, dishes. Lori was quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay.

We appreciate that the theater room had leather couches. The teenage boys spent most of their time in there. We loved the huge kitchen table and benches. One recommendation I have is to list all the kitchen appliances you have. We were so happy to see that you guys had a blender, keurig, instant pot, and crock pot. The location and neighborhood of the cabin was ok. Like a previous guest mentioned, there’s no outside grass to be able to play outdoors. Wished the cabin had a full bathroom down at bottom floor and a powder room on the main floor for convenience. The walls are thin. We could here people talking or hear the TV on the main floor from the rooms upstairs. The cabin was clean. Management texted and checked on us daily. I would not hesitate to rent this cabin again!

We came to quarantine in a new location, and never left the house. We were NEVER bored the entire week! The pool, theater room, game room, and beautiful decks were truly amazing. The beds were beyond comfortable, and the cabin had everything you could ever need! Since the property is new many mapping apps can’t find the address, but MapQuest has it so I would recommending using that to find the house. Otherwise, stop debating and rent this property right now - YOU WON’T REGRET THE CHOICE!!! We can’t wait to return - thanks for a lovely week!

Beautiful views, comfortable beds, and plenty of indoor activities. The pool was amazing and felt great. We really used the theater more than I expected.
