The kids absolutely loved the indoor pool and spent lots of time there. The setup was cool. everything, clean, organized. The tv in the theatre room wasn't easy to get going so we called for help and it was good to go from there! Extremely excellent communication to check into the cabin and just to check in on us. We had a lovely time and can't wait to come back!

With 2 littles that need tub bath, it was very hard bathing standing at the bathroom sink. I wouldn’t rent again with needing a tub. Otherwise, I would rent again.

The cabin smelled and looked very clean upon arrival. The wifi isn’t the best but we were still able to enjoy movies and TV. The pool and hot tub were great and we even saw black bears! Some of the lights didn’t work and one of the sofas was ripped, but we have no major complaints because the space is so accommodating. I recommend carpooling because parking can only hold about 5 or 6 cars.

A couple notes is there’s no bath tubs, I would not drive on the gravel road that’s behind the cabin, and take some dvds for the movie room because on a rainy day the wifi didn’t work well in there. We had our adult children, their spouses and 9 grandchildren for a total of 15 of us and we had plenty of room to gather together or spread out, comfortably. The pool was a big hit with the kids, that is where they spent the majority of their time. They also enjoyed the arcade room. I want to personally thank the Property Manager for being so awesome, very quick to respond to anything we needed and randomly checking in to make sure our stay was perfect. Check-In was very easy and convenient too. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to stay in such a lovely home for our much needed, long overdue, family vacation....we would absolutely recommend "A Smokey Mountain Dream" and would be more than happy to stay here again!

Overall great home. The home is very high up in the mountains which we weren’t used to but was a cool experience and we had two bear sightings by the house. A note about the area: Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinburg were very crowded areas. Plan outings and get tickets in advance to maximize fun and save some time and stress.

Lots to do to keep children entertained. Communication with management was great. They provided directions but I would recommend making a comment somewhere to make sure to use their directions and not use GPS. GPS will take you to a road that you'll need a relatively high-clearance vehicle to drive. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and loved the cabin! Would highly recommend.

Floor to ceiling windows were great for watching sunsets & the multi floor decks allow for breath taking sunrise views. We spent a lot of time at the table which is great for dinner with big groups but also doubles great for game night. We brought games from back home & spent hours gathered around the table during our stay! Indoor pool+jacuzzi were clean & well kept, a few of my guests took a dip & they’re definitely amazing amenities to have. Huge projector TV over pool was utilized for watching basketball games. 🙂 Honestly overall great stay, with enough room for my group of 12 but could definitely sleep more people if needed+. Communication with property management is the best I’ve ever had in any bookings I’ve had—very prompt responses with patience & very kind. I will look forward to booking with this cabin again in the future

We got great use out of the indoor pool ( huge screen tv was fabulous!), the indoor theater room (also perfect for playing video games on the huge tv), the pool table and the large well equipped kitchen. All of the bedrooms were clean and large and the beds were comfortable. We loved being able to have our coffee and cocktails out in the deck in the rocking chairs. Communication with the office was top notch! We would happily stay here again. Well done!

We all had a great time from playing games, singing karaoke, and swimming in the pool. The house had plenty of space for all of us. Kitchen was huge and well stocked. Loved everything about this place.

We always rent at least two cabins every winter and fall, and never got one so clean and fully equipped with dishes, lines and appliances like this one. The manager was efficient and respond quickly if you need. Our group was from age two to teens and senior and everyone enjoyed. We had a awesome time. We will definitely came back soon. Very recommend. Five stars for sure.

Janine T - 08/21/2021but for the love of god please sharpen the knives ! and for a house that advertises it can sleep that many people - please buy a second refrigerator so you can feed all of those people ! onto the fun stuff : pool was fun for both kids and adults and we brought our own pool floats and toys, arcade games were a nice touch (although one had a pixelated screen), kitchen was well stocked but with the standard rental crummy pots and pans (we purchased a skillet at Walmart for $20 and used it every day ! then donated it to the house) pool table and theater room were used often, usually at the end of long days spent adventuring in the smoky mountains, balconies and rockers were wine hideaways for the adults, and bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. A few things broken here and there, kitchen threshold, pool window, ice maker not working (was told by property management that a part was on order), refrigerator bins and a shelf (it was duct taped together for our stay), the post area behind the grill was charred and burnt, some minor other things. To be expected when these cabins are big business on the rental circuit. Property management was excellent in communication - always responded promptly and was very easy to get in touch with. There were 17 of us, ages 75 to 4 and the house was a great fit. You are close to the neighbors, sandwiched in between each other on the ridge but that's the rental business. A PSA for Android GPS, it brings you up the washed out back entry gravel one lane road that gets real dicey if you have an oncoming so follow the directions from the rental office ! We enjoyed ourselves and we enjoyed this house. Thank you to Luis for his communication at the rental office and Lori for answering our questions. Smoky Mountain fam vaca was a blast !

Grown ups had their own space to catch up. Big enough balcony with nice view to have morning coffee or evening wine. Property manager responded promptly to our queries and notified us on time about arrival of pool service guy. Location was also nice. Drive to happening places in Pigeon forge are hardly 20-25 mins away and trip to Gatlinburg was not too long either. Overall, specious property with all amenities and at convenient location. Great experience!

Just a short drive from the excitement of Pigeon Forge or the majesty of Cade's Cove, and a few minutes from the neat shops in Wears Valley (be sure to stop by GSM Outfitters for a cup of coffee and some great hiking gear!) My favorite feature of the cabin is the porch with comfortable rocking chairs, this makes an ideal spot to soak in the views or relax with a good book. The neighborhood also offers a pleasant setting for a evening stroll.

The pool was a great feature and the kids loved it, while mom and dad were able to take a break and watch them swim. I do recommend taking pool toys, since there are none. There is construction close by but it didn’t interfere with our visit. We had a great time and would certainly stay there again if we go back.

The pool was nice but recommend bringing some pool toys the only downside was the kids could only play so many games with no pool toys. We travel a lot and a good bed is rare but the beds were phenomenal and everyone slept great. The views were breathtaking, especially right after a light rain shower... I'd highly recommend this cabin to anyone

Chris D - 01/11/2021We had 11 adults together celebrating a 30th birthday. The cabin was absolutely breathtaking! The views were beautiful and there was so much stuff to keep everyone entertained! Pros: Management was super helpful answering questions. Maintenance was super nice and very fast a responding. The views and location is great! Close to Pigeon Forge and far enough away to have a great few in the mornings! The arcade games, hot tub, pool, TVs, pool table, and spacious rooms made it very easy to always have something to do!. The movie room had a wet spot on the floor that we had to call Maintenance about. The room was still 99% usable and we didn't loose any time in there. One of the bedrooms on the middle floor the ceiling fan light didn't work. Overall the trip and stay was great I would give it a 4.85 out of 5.0.

Yes, we were concerned about being together, but the spaciousness of the cabin made us feel safer being together. The kids and adults had a blast in the indoor pool, playing video games, getting in the hot tub and watching Football in the great media room. The cabin was clean and well maintained. We would certainly consider renting in the future.

Oddly enough, i think the kids liked the karaoke system even more than the pool! They had so much fun singing their favorite songs. The cabin is near construction but we were busy running around all day having fun and the work was finished by the time we were ready to relax in the evening. The cabin was very clean We will be back.

Even the theater room was mostly sound proof so late night karaoke and movies didn't wake the kids. The views being high up on the mountain were perfect! We'll definitely stay here again!
Matthew S. - 10/02/2020Much more than we expected We rented the cabin to share with friends that were coming from out of town and had an amazing time. Considering the pandemic, we spent the whole weekend inside the cabin and never ran out of things to do there. The pictures on the site were great but I honestly did not expect the cabin to be so spacious. The movie theatre room had a 50-60 inch tv in the pictures, but when we got there it was a massive 100+ inch smart tv with really comfortable couches. You could probably sleep 30 comfortable with all the pull out out couches. We expected the pool to be more of a kids thing but It was deeper than we thought and with the projector it was so much fun hanging out there. The houses are close but we never ran into any issues or felt like we didn’t have privacy. We are definitely going to come back in the future and highly recommend.

We loved that there was a Dollar General and Kroger very close, we needed to run out a couple of times and didn’t have to fight heavy traffic or anything. The pool was WARM which was soooo nice! Great cabin!

The indoor pool was a huge success and the kids stayed in the pool a majority of the time. The adults and the kids loved the hot tub and the movie room, it was very comfortable. The view from the cabin was spectacular and we were close to a grocery store and other amenities, but not too close. We would definitely book another trip, only next time we will book a house closer to the bottom of the mountain with some grassy areas for the kids to play outside.

Because of the pandemic, we spent all of our time either at the house or doing some hiking in the Smokies and nobody was bored! It is close enough to Pigeon Forge for groceries, shopping, and other tourist attractions if you so choose.
