It had a walk end shower which made it easier for the older generation and a big luxurious tub. I highly recommend this wonderful home away from home.

Also, we rented through VRBO but unit is actually owned/operated through company, Maple Ridge Vacation Rentals. Will contact them direct next time if we choose to rent again. We originally were staying on Thursday thru Monday, but we enjoined so much we stayed three more nights. They were easy to work with to make the change, We would stay here again.

It was in a convenient location. Our kids loved the pool, lazy river and play ground area. My complaints have nothing to do with the actual condo we stayed in, or the folks of Maples ridge that we rented from. I plan to write a review on Riverstone’s site about a couple things (an incredibly rude employee, and a major issue with the elevator). Those items are not anything the people we rented from can control. If we stay in the area again, this will be the first place we check to see if it is available again!

The kitchen had all the utensils, pots, pans, and mixing bowls we needed to cook lunch and dinner. It was a very close walk to the indoor pool and weight room. The lazy river was very close by as well. My entire family enjoyed the stay and hope we can stay again in the future.

Plenty of extra room and we had everything needed and MORE! We will be coming back to stay here when we return again soon. It’s in the perfect location for everything. Very short drive to all attractions and restaurants. I appreciated how much we were checked on and asked if there was anything else we needed during our stay. The BEST part for our family was the 24/7 opened indoor heated pool, hot tub and outdoor pool. We loved how it was opened whenever we wanted to enjoy it during our stay. The indoor garage/elevators also made it easier to get to our condo with all the luggage.

Had a few issues with the cable not working in the bedrooms. One text to the manager and everything was taken care of. Beautiful grounds with fall landscape. Could not have asked for more.

The condo is fully equipped with kitchen supplies, comfortable seating, king size beds with nice linens, and large, spacious bathrooms. We enjoyed the gas fireplace after returning from the cool fall temperatures outdoors, so relaxing. Very clean and comfortable!! Highly recommend and eager for my family to return!

No complaints what so ever from us. Loved the porch overlooking the golf course,was very peaceful and roomy. Kitchen was stocked well with most things you would need. Master bedroom is awesome which has doors leading to the porch as well. Grounds at the resort are very nice. Be sure to take advantage of the spa the massage was wonderful! Owners were very easy to work with...luckely we didn’t have to contact them during our stay because everything was great! Thanks again for sharing your home!!

Nice clean Condo - close to lots of fun spots!
Our family of 5 stayed in this Condo in August. The condo was nice, clean and had a nice starter supply of essentials (tp, paper towels, dishwasher soap, pool towels). Some items never ran out during our stay. All of the towels & linens were nice, clean and in good condition. The condo was very comfortable for us all to be together for meals, watching movies and having our own space. The location is great. Very close to anything you could want to do or just stay home and relax. We even had a perfect view of the fireworks from Dollywood over the weekend! There was so much to do we will have to return to the area to continue to enjoy. The mountains were gorgeous! The indoor pool was perfect on rainy days. The lazy river was closed one day for maintenance and the other my kids had fun (until the rain came)! A HUGE playset and bounce cushion on the property. We would stay here again. Thanks to the owners.
Note to owner for possible update: The kitchen was very nicely stocked with knives, plates, utensils, etc. The pots and pans were just ok. We cooked a lot and felt the pain of the pans. On the plus side there were storage containers and plenty of baking sheets, and other cooking tools that I don't always find in other rentals.

Beautiful property and great amenities! This was our first time in Pigeon Forge. With 4 adults and 2 children. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. The property had some great amenities with the pools and playground, plus we were able to use and enjoy the spa. The resort was very close to everything we wanted to do as a family. We also figured out that next time we can walk to the Trolley/Bus stop near KOA that takes you to Dollywood. Very convenient. We would love to stay here again and also take advantage of the golf course next time. Also, the property management was very responsive if we needed anything. Thank you!

The layout is really nice, plenty of space for the kids to run around. The jacuzzi in the master sweet is HUGE! The furniture was so comfortable. Indoor pool, arcade, playground and arcade were great for entertaining kids! Our property manager checked on us via phone the first day to check if we needed anything and was prompt when there was something needed. Plan on returning here for years to come!

The kitchen has everything you need to stay in for a meal, the bedrooms and bathrooms were large and beyond comfortable and the living space had plenty of room for my family of 5 to spread out. The location is great — close to everything on the main strip without being in the middle of all the noise and traffic. And the view from the balcony gives a wonderful sense of privacy and serenity. We loved staying here, and would definitely come back for our next trip to Pigeon Forge.

The only down side was that the tile in the indoor pool area was very slick. While we were there a small child fell getting out of the pool and cut a large gash in her chin that required stitches. Otherwise, we love this location and this was our second visit this year. We will be back and will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

Kathy B - 05/25/2017After searching for the "right" cabin to give my husband and grandsons (18 and just graduated from high school, and 16 year old brother), I decided to look at the condos instead. Although I had not planned on going, I wanted them to enjoy their trip comfortably. They were not disappointed. The grandsons were just glad to have own room and have access to the lazy river. My husband appreciated the nice amenities. Trish and Lori put a lot of thought into the furnishings. The first morning my husband sat on the balcony with a cup of coffee, enjoying the "blank" (golf course) view, listening to the light rain. I sent Keurig coffee and he was impressed to find some already there. He said the towels were amazing. The power recliners were nice. Everything was just perfect for them, from easy check in to simple checkout. A normal seven hour trip turned into an 8 hour one due to construction, but they were able to drive directly to the condo with code in hand. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to feel at home away from home.
