When we arrived the property was very spacious and accommodated our family of 8 people ranging from an infant to adults. It was located close to various activities, restaurants and shopping. The scenery was beautiful and the private pool was very convenient. The kids were so happy they want to come back again next year. Also, the host had great communication! There's plenty of space, the cabin was very clean, and having your own indoor pool makes all the difference in the world when you're traveling with kids. The location is great, too. The cabin is a convenient distance from most anything you might want to visit in the area, but it's also well away from the busy traffic and congestion of downtown. The check-in process is very simple and efficient and the property manager made a point to check on us periodically during our stay. We've stayed at several other locations in the area over the years, and this is our favorite. I cannot recommend it strongly enough.

We had one small problem with the upstairs toilet, we called the after hours number and they were there within 20 minutes to fix it. It is a great location going back and forth to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and the kids in the hot tub and pool. We would definitely rent this cabin again!!!

The pool is an excellent bonus for kids and we used it multiple times a day. The property is in a gated development so you will have neighbors, which we didn’t mind at all but it is not super secluded.

With having small kids, we didn't want to be too far from site seeing, this cabin was just far enough out of town to be able to enjoy the beautiful Smokey Mountains. The cabin was in perfect condition, super clean, and had all the amenities that we needed for a party of 12. We will definitely be back at this cabin!

The cabin was well stocked and decorated for the holidays. Kitchen was well stocked. Furniture and beds were comfortable and while we were there the area was quiet.

Katie R - 08/21/2021This was the first time using VRBO to book a rental as well as our first time visiting Tennessee and the experience was wonderful. Booking and communication were as easy as could be. The cabin is not exactly as pictured. The green grass in the photo is actually a blacktopped driveway for the cabin next door which is not a big deal. The front steps leading to the cabin are a bit steep and there is no handrail which my older parents found to be difficult. Inside, the cabin is incredible. The kitchen has everything you would need and the bedrooms and bathrooms include plenty of linens. The cabin itself was very clean however the pool area had a bit of a problem with spiders...a few minutes of vacuuming and wiping down was no problem at all. A maintenance person came every day to check the pool and hot tub but it never interfered with us because they had their own access and never entered the cabin itself. Our favorite part was the porch and all of the rocking chairs. We must have spent half of the time just sitting in those chairs. Outside of a handrail, the only thing I would have liked to see is more hooks since only two bedrooms have usable closets and only one of those had a bar to hang clothes. A couple of hooks on the doors would go a long way and a few in the pool room would be great as well. I know it says there is construction in the neighborhood but we never heard more than the sound of a truck every now and then. The neighborhood was very quiet and includes an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a mini golf course. The cabin includes 6 putters, 2 tall and 4 smaller, but no golf balls. We bought our own for $10 at Walmart. Overall, the cabin was a 9.5. The handrail and hooks would make it a 10/10 and those are easy enough fixes. This cabin was a safe haven for our family and we feel very blessed to have been able to stay here. We would love to return again soon.

It was immaculately clean and all amenities were provided (dishwasher tabs, dish soap, all linens towels-including kitchen). The pool was heated and well maintained. My kids loved being able to play pool. I would definitely rent from Maple Leaf Rentals again.

We literally didn’t have to leave for anything, maybe one food run. Which was very close to the resort. However this place is very clean and very roomy. The pool was a huge hit for the children. We will definitely look forward to returning

Location of the house was pretty convenient to Sevierville, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Plenty of things to do within 5 minutes and absent traffics Gatlinburg is only approximately 20 minutes. We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone with or without kids.

The house was clean. 2miles straight shot to the strips and outlets. I plan on staying in this location again or at least another property. The front desk staff was great and they were and a text away from anything I need it.

Great communication with the service rep. with directions being emailed and check in. We had the trash can fill up quicker then we expected and they had someone right one it, with in 20 minutes. That's good time in the mountains. The cable in every room was a winner for me if all your properties have this you cant beat that. The wrap around porch view also was a plus.

The indoor pool was loved by the kids and the temp of the water was kept very warm - the hot tub was also loved by all. The additions of the outside putt putt course and community pool were also welcomed. I would especially like to thank the property management who were extremely prompt and considerate with any issues that we had (which were all minor). I highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

There are other cabins that are close but it was a very quiet resort! It had everything we needed! I was very surprised to see the kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed!
