Everything was great! The cabin was well kept. We loved the beds-they were so comfortable. Beautiful cabin.

Booking this cabin was easy and check in online was a breeze. the cabin was perfect. It's nice to walk into a rental and feel like you're at home.the home was equipped with everything you would need. Used the fire pit twice-that was a nice added surprise to our family. Baylee was very pleasant and helpful and checked up to make sure everything was good. the family wants to make this cabin our official cabin, when in the Smokies.

The staff at Maples Ridge is great. We have been coming to this cabin for years and we love it!

Brookside is a beautiful cabin! This was the cleanest cabin we've ever stayed in! The people in the office at Maples Ridge were so friendly on the phone and in person. They were so accommodating to get us in to our cabin a little early because of our early arrival. The next time we're in town we will absolutely be staying with Maples Ridge again!

Couples get away Went on a couples trip with some friends and we stayed here. Very nice, every couple had their own bathroom. Very beautiful home, everything you need in the kitchen to make a feast...the best part was the double shower in the master bedroom...I had never seen that before..3 different shower heads for one shower...it felt like u were pressure washing your body because of all the shower heads so u get out feeling extra clean...ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!!

We loved everything about Brookside. This cabin fit our needs perfectly and the location was great. It is situated close enough to town but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet time. We found this to be very relaxing. We absolutely loved our stay through Maples Ridge. We look forward to coming back soon!

This was our 8th or 9th time staying at Brookside and we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else or with any other rental company. Love it!

Beautiful, spacious cabin We had a family of 7. Toddler up to Grandparents. Everyone loved this cabin. It was very spacious and clean. We loved the equipped kitchen. The covered porch with rocking chairs that back up to a bubbling stream was so relaxing. We took a few dips in the hot tub. Loved that it was screened in. No bugs attacking us at night. My kids loved the old style game system. So fun. We walked down to the fish pond. They have a machine to get fish food. The kids thought feeding the fish was the best thing. Would have loved to have a fishing pole rental option. Community pool was a little small. There were 2 families in the pool and it was filled. This cabin is very easy to get to. Very quiet cabin. We hope to be back again soon.

Great house for large or multiple families For our family we needed space for our family (5 - including 3 kids ranging from 1-10), my 70 yo parents and my 86 year old great Aunt. The kitchen was fully furnished and had everything we needed (except salt and pepper, which we had bought anyways). We did have an issue with the coffee pot and within a few hours they had a new one delivered. The living room was open to the dining room so it gave a lot of room for people to watch TV, read a book, and the kids the play. Just off the living room was a HUGE covered patio with very comfortable wooden chairs. We sat out there in the mornings and evenings. Connected to the covered porch was the screened in hot tub room. We spent every night in the hot tub and it worked like a charm. All of the 3 bedrooms were very good sized (the master was HUGE and located on the first floor) and had on-suite bathrooms. Each room also had a very large walk-in closets which were great for stashing away the suitcases or doubled as a changing room for the kids. The loft area had a full over full bunk bed which we put the kids in. Great space for them and it also held the pool table and an arcade game which the kids LOVED! I do recommend to keep the ceiling fans running at night as the loft is a little warmer than the bedrooms. Outdoor fire pit - This was great too! We had a fire, roasted marshmallows, and had enough seating for 6. Location - This house felt like it was in the country but was only 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge. That was so nice when you've spent a long day at Dollywood, Wonderworks, etc and you don't want to drive 30-45 minutes back to the house. I would highly recommend this house for large families or large multi-age families.

Awesome cabin Loved the space and all the king beds were very comfortable. The owners have a lovely place. We would stay there again. Beautiful home and again thank you.

We fell in love with this cabin as soon as we opened the door. We pretended it was our dream home in the smokies. We have never stayed in one this clean and up to date. We loved the resort area and the fact we were not on top of other cabins.

Our favorite cabin in all the world. We love sitting out by the little spring fed creek and watching the fire in the new fire pit. It was perfect as always. See you soon

BROOKSIDE Beautiful cabin with everything you could want. Walking distance to the pool. Plenty of parking. Truly a serene and welcoming setting. Very clean. Close proximity to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We plan on returning sometime in the future. Show less
